Hi All, Just needing some advise, I had an item I was returning to China, the item has now arrived at the destination and I am awaiting a refund but I have no contact for the seller, all contact I had with the seller was via PayPal. I have tried to report "A problem" but due to the case being closed I cant re-open the case to get back in contact with the seller to ensure Iv get an refund. I have tried googling the seller, to no avail. Any ideas? Thank you in advance.
