Hi Community, I sold some items from the UK to Canada on the 13/8 PayPal has put a hold on the amount received on this date. Subsequently, the parcel cleared customs on the 18/8 and was delivered by UPS on the 19/8. Customer very pleased so can’t understand why payment is still on hold. Can’t speak to anyone at PayPal about it, can’t email either and the message robot does not help Grateful for any assistance, thanks Nemo11
