Hi there, My account has been permanently limited because I was trying to use my Hong Kong business details to upgrade my New Zealand personal account to business account. I have around $1600 USD in my account and they promised I could withdraw it after 180 days. So 180 days have passed and I still cannot withdraw my money. The customer service is 200% HOPELESS as neither phone nor email would work (as they said-COVID is affecting them). I am just one step away from taking legal action. Has anyone managed to talk to them?
