I purchased a trail camera on November 14,2019 and it has a year warranty on it. the Chinese piece of junk is not worth the money i payed for it and will never purchase anything again from Pay Pal *E Bay ! all this typing that i have been doing today and not getting an answer is Bull ! The camera came with the bare minimum of instructions to set up the day, time and year on it. I am no computer wiz, but this camera will not program. Even when i attached a picture of the receipt on Pay Pals site they said they could not see the price ? Well I sure can from my chat I had with them, even though it took all day to get an answer that I had no control over. So from now on I'll go to a reparable store and purchase the Items i need. Pay Pal will not help and this frustration i am going through is not worth my time in explaining to them why and how this item does not work. it should be up to them to contact the individual and get the answers to the questions that i have.
