Im dealing with the same thing. PayPal is telling me that on August 8 and August 6th when I sent money (one transaction was $250 and the other was $130) that my linked bank account refused to pay for the Transaction and I didn't have enough money in my PayPal balance so apparently PayPal fronted the cost for both transactions to go through. I have never ever had that happen and was unaware that my bank didn't pay it. All other times that I have sent money if I dont have enough in my balance or if my bank account can't cover then the Transaction will not go through. I don't understand why it was even processed and allowed to go through. I was never informed about any of this. Yesterday my unenployment payment was direct deposited in my PayPal account and they took it once again didn't tell me anything I went to get money out the ATM and it kept getting denied. Check the app and it shows negative smh had to message them and they tell me this BS story smh. I don't see why they would let two different transactions on different days go through if I didn't have enough money in my account to pay it and then not even tell me anything at all about it.
