Currently PayPal does not seem to be answering their main customer service phone lin[Removed. Phone #s not permitted], claiming that it is due to high call volume. But whereas other businesses put you on hold, and eventually you do get to speak with an agent, PayPal just automatically terminates the call. Pretty unhelpful. I've tried using their online message system, but they have simply failed (refused?) to respond to two of my messages, and the third message was only responded to after a delay of more than 24 hours (even though PayPal says that they typically respond in a few hours). So does anyone know if there is some way of getting in touch with them by telephone, and actually speaking with a live person? Thanks.
