I would like to know why PayPal is holding my funds from my rendered services. I'm always creating an invoice for all my transactions which are all professional services. My client always pays me on time but I can't use my money as it is on hold. I need to wait 21 days just for my funds to be available. Even if I changed the order status (which is for rendered services only), I did not get my funds available in 7 days. Thank you in advance

Also, I tried to remove my card and planning to link it again. Thinking that it may solve my problem. Unfortunately, my card could not be removed. PS. I don’t have any pending payment.
