How can I actually get a Live Chat with someone to remove a limitation. I set my account up 20yrs ago in UK. To the best of my knowledge I havent ever changed the address in that time. I have recently had a limitation and it is asking for my address as per the account and then with documentary proof of address. I now live in a different country and of course I cant remember which address is on the account. I cant access my profile to find out and the HELP message just asks me to confirm my address. I sent a current bank statement with my current address but its been rejected as obviously it doesnt match my profile. Im just going round and round in circles and I need to speak to a human.
