I'm a seller on ebay, this person bought this and then decided he did not want it, i never sent it, i never got anything for it yet paypal gets to keep the fees which is complete greedy garbage in my opinion but my question or problem is why me the seller have to pay for that? why can't when i refund him that i have the option that the refund is minus the paypal fee? why do i have to eat the costs? why can't i make it to where the buyer has to eat it because he decided he didn't want it 30 minutes after he ordered it? how is this fair?
