Hi Paypal people, I've been with Paypal since 2000. I own a hardwood floor refinishing business. We refinished a local customers floor back in July 2019. The client didn't finally send payment 12-19-2019. Since then Paypal has had the funds "pending-on hold". I've reached out to customer service 5 different times over the last 7 months and emailed the PayPal dispute resolution people 3 times. The replies 2 from dispute resolution have been auto replies in broken english.
I tried calling customer service again today and they're not accepting calls. what should I do? it's been 7 months and this is crazy.
