Hi all, I have paid for an item on ebay, paid through my revolut card, and the item was never sent. I then contact paypal about getting a refund, as I obtained the transaction ID from ebay, and the customer service agent tells me to file a chargeback with my bank because during Covid the "calling team", whatever that is, is not available?? How does this make sense! There is a limited amount of time within which you can submit a refund request after purchase, so will some people just loe money? Not to mention that the only way to contact customer service is through a webchat which does not work properly and you get to speak to FIVE different people in the span of 30 minutes. Anyone has any input on this?
