I keep getting this email but I don't own or use this site so I don't know how to stop this. I removed my name and website for security reasons - Hi <my name>, Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notifications (IPN). IPNs sent to the following URL(s) failed: <website> If you don't recognise this URL, you may be using a service provider that is using IPN on your behalf. Please contact your service provider with the above information. If this problem continues, IPNs may be disabled for your account. Thank you for helping resolve this issue.

I'm currently trying to set up a PayPal account to accept donations to run a new Minecraft Server but the subscriptions keep coming up with "We're sorry something seems to have gone wrong", so then Ive tracked that down to the limits on the account. It asks me for my bank account so I try to add my card in and it says I have hit the limit of paypal accounts on that bank account, and I only have 1 previously connected to it and I cant find where to disconnect my card from the other places because I just want it on this account and my personal
