When I log into PayPal it gives a message with a red flag 'we need more information to resolve a problem with your account'. When I click on 'see details' it redirects to the same page that the message is on. There is no information. It states that I have x amount of USD available but I need to resolve this as this unables me to link my bank with the profile. Please please please can someone assist me. Please @kernowlaas

Good day all We have a lodge outside of US - Mozambique to be precise. We were born & raised in South Africa - I opened the PP account when I was at my daughters home in South Africa. Business is registered in Mozambique. I need to upload business registration & Proof of Address. When I do so - it gets rejected. PLEASE help me. What is PP looking for?? WHAT specific address?
