So I got sent two counterfeit items from the same seller one back in feb and one in may (yes I didn’t even realise🤦🏽♀️) till jus a week ago - so I sent everyting back using two separate parcels obviously - wen I input the tracking number on one of them on the dispute I entered the wrong tracking number - this was explained on the next case as the items were both disputed from the same seller - they have no closed the case in the sellers favour - what can I do 😭😭😭
