Complete fraud. PayPal no help. They will side with you then tell you you need to send them the return tracking number...to Hong Kong. Go to your credit card and alledge misrepresentation. Hundreds of similar postings. Fraud and PayPal no help as they have tons of Zestad business. ... View more

PayPal told me l was entitled to a refund, but...l had to mail the scam light to Hong along with tracking, 56 to get back 16. Obviously l passed. When l complained, they closed my case because l had not provided the tracking info. Others report they got a refund without mailing, others also denied. Just weird. PayPal loves getting Zestads biz. The worst part about PayPal enabling the fraudsters is they actually ruled in my favor...but required me to ship a Zestads fake and fraudulent flashlight to Hong Kong when it came to me from a California address. So to get back 22, we would have to pay over 50 with tracking. When we didn't send a tracking, only a note that this was rediculous and unfair, they said, no tracking no refund, rewarding Zest Ads again. ... View more

Thank you. I should have just taken it off my credit card. Rediculous to have PP tell me l am correct, only to have the requirement by PP to spend double the amount to send it back. I may dispute it on my card now anyway. Still within the period. This is especially poor customer service given that there are hundreds of fraud complaints in the Zestads flashlight case. Sorry about typos. Just noticed. After PayPal decision, advised that "If they recieve my proof of mailing, they will refund". Still think the whole thing is BS. Will not use PP again for failing to take action against a fraudulent company. ... View more

Have no idea what they told you, but l filed complaint with PayPal the minutevthey asked mecforva video, relizing it was a BS company andcdidn'tbwantbto trybto deal with them. Paypal took weeks then finally responded that they recieve proof I mailed it back, they would refund. ... View more

The point is, many people have advised these people from Zestads sell b.s. stuff that is fraudulent. If they have that many reports, why make it easy for the fraudulent seller. They could have required them to srnd a return label for the fraudulent item? ... View more
