I've paid someone 30 dollars before, and there was a confirm receipt, I've paid him again for 50 dollars and there seems that there is no confirm receipt, I've received the item and I wanna give him the money.

So, I've gotten a refund for 30 dollars, and I don't know where to get my money, I've paid with a visa, and I don't see the money on the balance, I've gone to the bank balance, theres no recent transactions made by paypal, This is a screenshot, saying go to your card statement. can someone help? http://prntscr.com/sy7hke
