Hello, so recently i got some Live stream donations and one person canceled TWO donations they sent for some reason, but i think PayPal saw it as unhappy customers to they limited my account, but all payments received are just donations, how do i fix this, i can't follow the steps to make my account not limited because one of them says "Provide purchase receipt from your supplier" which i don't have any receipt because these were just simply donations from my live stream viewers, how do i resolve this? ... Hello, so i'm a YouTube live streamer and i have recently i have received tips through Stream Elements tipping page, i linked my PayPal and got donations total of $41, now for about 2-3 weeks i wasn't able to accept any of the donations because i had to verify my PayPal account by linking a bank, so i waited to get some bank information, and about 2 days ago i linked my bank and confirmed my account, but now my PayPal account is "Limited" for some reason, i have to upload a Photo ID, and customer receipts, which i'm not selling ANYTHING, these are simply just donations, and as soon as i verified my account, i got like 10 emails at once saying all my transactions were put on hold, and now i have to provide virtual "shipping dates" and wait for the "customers" (donators) to verify the date, which is confusing, because all these transactions are just donations, how do i fix this?  ...
