Well, if PayPal is asking for verification and you can't verify your account, your only choice is refund. Talk with the people who sent the money to you, let them know that you need to refund their payments and encourage them to send the money back to your new legal account. That's the only available choice, otherwise PayPal will limit your account and hold your balance for 180 days before releasing it for withdrawal IF ELIGIBLE!! Hi, just navigate to the resolution center in your account, see what PayPal is asking you to provide to lift limitations and let me know. They usually ask you to submit your ID (SSN if you're from US), proof of address and confirm a card or bank account. I don't know how Walmart cards work, so I suggest you to use a credit/debit card. ... View more

Hi, just take some screenshots of your correspondence via email with the seller and send them to PayPal. If they allow you to submit a PDF, include all those pictures in the document as well as the explanation you posted here. As soon as a human read it you will win the dispute. ... View more
