@kernowlass I appreciate you staying with this thread and the advice on how to navigate PayPal. It is appreciated. Having said that, I believe that PayPal does this on purpose. Why have a resolution center if nothing happens. It is complete BS. Again, why am I using PayPal? The contact page does not work as most people responding to this thread will tell you. Now I have to go on FB to or twitter to get them to respond. If it took this to Twitter publicly, I bet I would get a response right away, but what kind of customer service is that. Do you need to publicly shame them to get them to respond? Having said that, thank you for the advice. I will respond back to this thread if I hear anything. This is complete BS.
