PayPal said I had to get ahold of Nordstrom/Hautelook which was impossible. The email for their customer service was either wrong or not in use and returned and email domain error. The number for customer service was also worthless as I spent,on multiple occasions, over 45 minutes on hold without hearing from anybody. Ultimately, I had to hound PayPal chat support for a refund and continually ask for my money back. This took literally days of chatting with support and refusing their solutions that I had to contact Nordstrom directly(not feasible). Being stubborn and not taking no for an answer, I was finally able to chat with a PayPal customer service manager or whoever and got my initial refund reinstated.
