Thanks for replying though, I know you are trying to help, but as Paypal HAVEN'T YET APPROVED the payment, I really expect a professional behavior and cancelling the payment. There are lots of evidences for this fraud to be a general problem, and not only mine, Paypal is purposefully ignoring them and that's really annoying, especially when 200€ is a quarter of your income. <removed>
