@Bindibella You filed wrong dispute. Unauthorized transaction disputes are for reporting transactions where someone broke into your PayPal account to make without your knowledge or permission. Of course, your case will be denied. Now you either have to get the dispute type changed to Significantly Not as Described through customer service or just dispute through your card issuer or banking institution, if that is how you paid.
