I have the same problem - I've noticed it during the past few months.   I have used the same computer for years but now I have to go through the unnecessary and time wasting texted codes, inputting them once and sometimes twice when making a transfer.  No help on the website, so far no help from customer services.  I use Paypal mostly to pay for Royal Mail collections or to transfer payments into my bank account.  I have RM on my 'Quicker payment' list but this makes not difference.   Has anyone else been given a resolution? ... Three direct debit payments not recognised

I have three direct debit payments to Paypal on my bank statement which I do not recognise.  The amounts do not match anything purchased in the past few weeks.  Reference number is the same for all three 4PK22225YHANG but this does not help to identify - an order number or date or....anything relevant would save so much time.  The resolution centre messaging is not working on Paypal today.  I have messaged but no response.   ... I am having the same problem on a regular basis.  I have been assuming the buyer is not seeing the option to checkout without a Paypal account - those that call to complain, order by phone, so all good.   It's those that don't call that worries me....goodness knows how many orders we have lost over the past few years.   Can someone at Paypal advise please???? ... I am having the same problem.  I have messaged several times but have not been told there is an issue, just confirmation of what my balance SHOULD read.   Paypal could have, at least, notified an issue to save hours of my time manually adding and subtracting payments to confirm there is an error!!!  Rubbish customer service for such a huge company..... ... Website Pending Payment

When taking Paypal payments on my website (I use woocommerce), I receive an email notification of payment from Paypal and the payment is showing in my PP account, but I am not receiving the emailed order from my website.   When I check woocommerce the order is there, but is marked 'Pending'.   It is taking up to 30 minutes for the system to 'catch up', this has only started happening today, is there a problem with PayPal?? ...
