I am nowhere near Ldn (abbreviation for London, I Googled) and so who are these Ldn people? Why are they there at all? Are you saying that is my service provider - located in London perhaps - who is logging in with me in my ALWAYS the same location?

Please log in to your account and check the activity page to know about the recent payments and match with the payments you're referring to. You can also get in touch with the merchant to know about the payments. You can find the merchant contact details by going to your activity and selecting the payment. It could be that the payments were made by any of your family members without your knowledge or they are a billing agreements associated with your account. I am having the same problem on a regular basis. I have been assuming the buyer is not seeing the option to checkout without a Paypal account - those that call to complain, order by phone, so all good. It's those that don't call that worries me....goodness knows how many orders we have lost over the past few years. Can someone at Paypal advise please????

When taking Paypal payments on my website (I use woocommerce), I receive an email notification of payment from Paypal and the payment is showing in my PP account, but I am not receiving the emailed order from my website. When I check woocommerce the order is there, but is marked 'Pending'. It is taking up to 30 minutes for the system to 'catch up', this has only started happening today, is there a problem with PayPal??
