I bought an item from fortnitegeneration.com for my ten year old son who had done chores to pay for it (Black Knight Skin). It never arrived by email. I emailed the seller various times asking for refund or to resend the email they CLAIM to have sent with activation code. Nothing arrived and no replies to my email queries. I asked Paypal for refund under their Buyer Protection cover. Paypal say the seller told them they sent the product - I asked Paypal to ask the seller to send them a copy of the email with the product activation code as this would be proof that it did not arrive as they would not be able to send that email to Paypal. I received a closed query from Paypal resolution centre saying seller claims to have sent item via email. I objected and asked Paypal again to ask seller for proof but received EXACTLY same email reply from Paypal, word for word, so obviously generated by a computer not a real person trying to help with my complaint. How do I now proceed to get this money back for my ten year old?
