I had three payments go through to an individual I have never heard of or done business with. I sent in a dispute and almost immediately received a reply that it had been investigated and was not fraud. I cannot get in touch with anyone to find out who this individual is or what he says was purchased. Phone calls to customer service go no where. Does anyone have any advise on what I should do? I have reported it as fraud to my credit card company but if it is for some bizarre reason a legitimate charge, I certainly don't want to cheat anyone. When I use the message center all I get is a robot response.
