Hello After going through the 'hoops' to reset the password, we enter the code received via email and the session prompts 'Oops, something went wrong, please try again" As per the message, this was attempted 3 times and now it is saying the reset can not be completed. Contacting PayPal seems impossible as the Phone support is closed, and directs you to use chat, which is ALSO closed!! How is anyone supposed to run a business with support like this? What are the huge fees going towards exactly?
