You can't use PayPal anymore At PayPal, we value a safer community for our customers to do business. We noticed activity in your account that's inconsistent with our User Agreement, and therefore we can no longer offer you PayPal services. About 2008 I opened a business account for my company to sell dresses on line as I was working in the fashion trade. Around 2017 I retired and closed my company and decided to use the account for my hobby of coin collecting selling coins through eBay. I was not aware that I had to change my settings from business to privet I carried on using the same account for over 3 years after I ceased trading with no problem until I got a massage that I was a dangers customer and my account was limited with my entire fund frozen from February this year.  But they are still holding over £1800 that’s well past the 180 days CAN THEY JUST GET AWAY WITH THIS BEHAVIOUR UNRESTRAINED? ... Hi Ricardo (PAYPAY) On the 25th of February 2020 you closed my account and retained all my funds Today the 3rd September it has been 191 days from the day you closed my account 180 days have passed and I am sure that no disputes have been filed against my account I attach to this mail a photo ID and a proof of address, as you request in your appeal refused email. One thing that is more contagious than Corvid 19 is a smile. I go out every day to take my dog for a walk I smile and stick my thumb up to people I see and we often talk about the most popular subject in this country the weather. And not about pretending you care with rubbish on how PayPal is supporting Cancer Research UK blaming the corvid epidemic for the slowdown of cancer research. It is certainly a challenging time for all of us and frankly large conglomerate company’s freezing and holding on to moneys of thousands people trying their best to survive is despicable.
