Generally, payments may be stopped for different reasons. Please make sure that your account is in good standing and is verified. To verify your PayPal account you simply need to confirm your bank/card, here you can find more details: Confirm card and Confirm Bank account. Payments can often be also blocked or declined if we detect any unusual or suspicious activity. Payments can often be blocked or declined if we detect any unusual activity or if the sending limit is not lifted. Please make sure that your account is verified by confirming your bank/card: www.paypal.com/smarthelp/article/faq444. In PayPal, we charge a fee if you receive money for goods and services, for international payments, or in some cases when sending or receiving money for personal payments. Here you can find more information www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/paypal-fees. Regarding the funds on hold, generally, funds can be held for up to 21 days. However, if you entered the tracking information, they will be released 24 hours after the delivery of the item. You don't need a website to receive payments, you only need to provide the email address of your PayPal account and make sure that the email is confirmed. Hi @Stubey86, Welcome to our community! It may be possible that the order was not yet accepted from the seller. Authorizations are reserve on the card balance from the card issuer, to make sure that the funds are available when the seller will accept the order. Usually there is an expiry date, that you should be able to see on the transaction details. When the authorization will expire, we will notify your bank, and they will release the funds back to your card. The time frame for the funds release will be up to your card issuer. Until the expiry date the seller, may still be able to capture the amount, I would suggest you to keep an eye on the order.
