Hi @Centauri23, Welcome to the community and thank you for your post. I understand from your message you are having difficulties sending a payment using a credit card. I can see how this must be frustrating. Sometimes payments can be blocked or decline to protect your account from fraudulent or unauthorized activity. I would recommend you to check if your PayPal account is verified. If it's not, please follow these instructions to confirm your card: card confirmation. Hi @WKhundaqji, Welcome to the community and thank you for your post. I am really sorry to hear about the payments that you did not authorize and the changes on your account. If you cannot access your account, in order to report the payments I would recommend you to get in touch with us from our website.  To do so, go to the 'Help' icon on the PayPal website and click the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page. From here, click the 'Password and Account Access' option, then 'Login Problems'. Here you will be able to see which options you have available to contact us without logging in. Hi @Bri43,  Welcome to our community and thank you for your post. We always address the customer on our emails by first name and last name. PayPal emails are also always sent from “@paypal.com”. We would not ask for financial or sensitive information via email for security reasons. If you believe that this communication is not from PayPal, I would recommend you forward us the email at spoof@paypal.com. Hi @artistic15,  Welcome to the community and thank you for your post. Its sounds like your payments have been authorized. This means that the funds are held from your card issuer, to make sure that the money is available when the payment will be completed. When you complete a purchase some sellers will automatically charge you for the authorization. Only when the seller accepts the order you will see it as completed and they will collect the amount for the transaction. I can see how this can be frustrating. Payments can often be blocked or declined for different reasons. We decline some of them to help protect you from any possible fraudulent activity or if there is a restriction on the account. Please check on the Resolution Center to see if the account is in good standing. I would also recommend you make sure that your PayPal account is verified by confirming your card. Here you can find the instructions for card confirmation: www.paypal.com/smarthelp/article/faq1565. I am really sorry to hear about the payment that you did not authorize.  If you haven't done it yet and you can see the deduction on your PayPal account, I would recommend you to report the transaction to us. Hi @RaTig, Welcome to the community and thank you for your post. Generally, if we issue a refund for a dispute, we will only charge from the seller's account the amount that he received. If the seller believes he has been incorrectly charged I would recommend him to get in touch with us directly. We will be able to review his case and see if there was a double charge.
