I had some money taken from my bank account by Paypal to pay for a subscription that was cancelled. The company the subscription was for refunded my money back to paypal, but paypal still took the money from my bank. I spoke with their customer service - don't ask me how I managed to speak with someone and I was told that the money had been refunded back into my bank account and if I could wait a couple of days I should see the money. That was over a month ago now and I still haven't seen the refund. Even with the CV19 crisis at the moment, getting hold of anyone is next to impossible as there is no telephone number, their email address bounces back as undeliverable. I am so angry right now. Has anyone else had this experience and if so, was it resolved, and if so, how did you get it resolved please?
