I had bought a Laptop on ebay. Some day waiting I see item mark "delivered" but I did not received item.
I login my account ebay for ask but item has deleted and seller closed account!
Then I ask paypal for need help resolution but Paypal closed because seller provide valid tracking number (UPS ground)
I just ask UPS help, they talk " Unfortunately, this package is not addressed to you. The address you provided doesn't match the one listed on the label. Please contact the shipper to report this"
What I can do now?
