I’ve contacted PayPal numerous time before the cut off date they they closed it a day early. I’ve responded to the seller as requested by you. No result or response. I asked PayPay to request a refund as with the virus nothing is coming out of China. PayPay are also using the virus as an excuse not to respond - that’s my opinion as not once have you contacted me except to say you are closing the dispute. I’ve done everything you asked and what have I got in return nothing. A few payments ago I put through a very large some of money that was no drama why can’t you at least contact me. I have copies of all of my correspondence with you & the seller - therefore this matter should not be closed. I await your response with this matter. Christine
