I am meant to receive money through the goods and services payment method. I received an email with a Transaction ID from and the email came from Services paypal The email says the name of the person has sent you X amount. Nothing appeared in my Paypal account. How do i know this is legit. I do not have the goods and service payment option on my payal, i am starting to wonder if this is scam and i should cancel the shipment which i did at the postoffice. The person provided a Postel Motel address and not a home address.
