@spencerc17 Will need to get customer service to reset your cards so you can relink them again but due to reduced staff and if you're not patient to wait for a response/service, then you will have to use your credit card directly without PayPal. CC's also protect you from unauthorized payments, not just PayPal. And then with that done, try not to use the sms to confirm card if you can avoid it. Do by entering 4-digit code from card statement/online card account access. This SMS confirming stuff with PayPal to me causes more issues than not which causes people to repeat and repeat a failed actions which triggers PayPal internal security causing error messages or blockages to protect itself thinking these actions are suspicious or unauthorized. Users can get locked out of their own accounts when they can't verify things through their mobile phone or perform security checks because they don't remember to update their number. Bad enough dealing with email but texting/phone issues too? It's a cute feature until it isn't. To contact customer service for assistance: Log on. Click HELP at the top menu.
