PayPal Community

Hi there, I somehow recently mistakenly made a Direct Debit to Paypal from my bank. It was taken on 22nd March yesterday.   It is in the amount for a recent Paypal purchase I made that the vendor could not fulfill and therefore gave me a refund.   I assume I made the DD in error at that time.   I dont know exactly where the funds are as they dont appear in my Paypal account.   I have emailed the vendor of the cancelled item to see if he has them.   I guess my question is how long does a DD take to show up in my Paypal account. A refund was agreed directly with a seller due to the item being faulty. A laptop . Its a big UK company and the refund was allegedly processed on the 2nd or 3rd of February. I dealt direct with them not the paypal or ebay resolution system.    They said it would take 5 days. It still hasn't arrived. The purchase  was funded from my personal paypal balance.   I haven't been able to navigate a path through the automated paypal system to get an answer in regards to an already agreed and allegedly payed refund.   Thanks folks ...
