Hi @Ray8888,   Welcome to the PayPal Community ad thank you for your post!   I am sorry to hear your transaction is still pending. I know this must be concerning. When you attempt to make a payment, the amount can be temporarily charged to your bank/card. This is an authorization charge.    If you canceled the transaction, then the merchant should not process the order. Typically, the funds would be released 72 hours from when the order was canceled.    As this time frame has passed, I would suggest you contact the merchant to ensure the order has been. Hi @eegrak,   Thank you for your post!   I do understand your concern with this. When you attempt to add funds to your PayPal account, all the available banks will show.   If your other bank does not show as an option, it would mean it is not eligible to be used to add funds to your PayPal account.    This could be due to a number of reasons, for example, the type of bank, or if the bank is unconfirmed. I know this must be frustrating. When a transaction is processed through your PayPal account, you will be able to view the transaction details on your PayPal Activity page. This means an account can only be created and used in the country you live in.    If you do not live in the US, then you cannot open a US account I'm afraid. To check the status of your account, please visit the Resolution Center.   If the Resolution Center shows you can no longer use PayPal, this would mean your account has been permanently limited. Please be assured that we do not take the decision to permanently limit an account lightly. Typically, this would be the final decision. You would need to use an alternative payment provider going forward to process online transactions.   If you sent a Goods and Service payment and you did not receive the item/service, you may have the option to open a dispute.
