Two debits from bank account one credited back

I made a PayPal account(feb28/19). Scanned my bank card. It's only a chequing/saving account,not credit. Made purchase of wanted item. Realized that paypal thought my scanned card was a credit card. Emailed seller and explained. They said no problem make another purchase and we will credit you if charged twice. Put my correct bank account numbers into paypal and made second purchase. Recieved confirmation from seller via email with a note saying an echeck takes 6-8 days. Today was the 6 day. Checked my bank account online and saw two debits and one credit for the amount of purchase. Contacted seller today and asked why they cancelled the correct bank account purchase and they replied that both transactions were cancelled by me. I never cancelled any transaction. Should I be requesting a refund from seller. I am willing to make another purchase but want to know why I still have one outstanding debit? ... View more
