I have recieved an e-mail says that i have to pay 35 Euro for a negative balance I have. Now i've got an email says something about lawyer fees etc. and total debt is 105euro. I have opened this PayPal account last year when i was studying in Germany. I have studied there for a 6 month then i left the country. I was using this account as a bank account, not like a credit card. But anyway some transaction happened from my 0 eur balance and made it into negative. Except that, i am currently living in Turkey, as far as i know you don't serve to my country. But if you could give me any option to pay, I am willing to pay my "negative balance". I am waiting for your answer as soon as possible. Thank you.
