I'm sorry to hear that you believe the seller in a recent transaction to be fraudulent. If you did not yet receive something, you can open a dispute for Item Not Received. If you did receive something but it is not what you ordered, you can open a dispute for Not As Described. If you open the first type and then receive something during the course of the claim and it's not as described, you will be able to switch the reason for the claim.
