I'm sorry to hear that you believe that you entered the bank account incorrectly. If the funds were transferred to a bank account that does not match your name and account number, the bank will reject the transfer and the funds will return. It will likely take several days in each direction. If the funds are not back in your account after 14 days have elapsed from the date of withdrawal, you can contact customer service to request that a trace be conducted to find the funds.
