Hi, Cristina. Thanks for your reply. The thing you need to take back into PayPal from this is these scammers reflect on PayPal and its reputation is in tatters as far as I am concerned. From day 1 I spotted his was a scam and told you (PayPal). You forced me to go through the whole dispute, claim, return process and made me spend money on shipping the cr*p back to the company. You don't advertise the reclaim shipping costs and by the time I found out about it, it was too late to claim! The whole customer service of the company needs looking at. I have email trails when I am almost shouting at the agents to read my emails but they just churn out the same rubbish in response.
