As for my opinion as to why they are doing this. It is a no brainer ebay fees and pay- pal fees just are not enough. They don't like people using there debit card and spending the money right away as I do. So they hold the money for 21 days to get millions more in interest payments every month on the sellers dime sitting in there bank account. As soon as something else comes along I am so done with e-bay and pay and won't look back I promise. I agree totally with you... Unfortunately, the people at E-Bay and PayPal know that they have us in a no win situation.. So we are stuck with them... Especially on e-bay!  So, I reallty do not have a choice.  Even though using a credit card [Master card, Visa, etc] would cost me less in fees.  I tried Paymate in place of PayPal...and guess what... my sales went down.  Customers actally feel that something is not right if they buy from e-bay and they cannot pay for the item via PayPal.   You do what you can do.. and the best for sellers, like myself, is to  withdraw all the funds as they become available.. At times I had over $15,000 sitting in my PayPal accoount.. Today I have a few hundred dollars waiting for delivery confirmation.. and those funds willbe withdraw as soon as I can withdraw them... PayPal just start to withhold funds and I usally keep a balance of a few thousand dollars in the PayPal account.  I transferred all the available funds..... and now only keep in the account the funds held by PayPal and will transfer these as they become available....  In addition, I have no idea how I am to verify a product not sold on E-Bay, sold to an international customer and shipped via first class mail... There is no tracking available through the post office for this type of mail...  SO, how do I provide proof that the item was delivered???  Maybe have the customer call PayPal!!!!!!!!??????... ++++ I just had a case in Turkey where his item was shipped and he finally received it THREE months later!!!!!   ... I will check out ioffer.com... And, regards to their new policy....    The new policy is OUTRAGEOUS!!!  This is what I have done as a protest and will continue to do!!!!!... I transferred all of my funds from PayPal to my bank account.  Spread the word and.. Just maybe, PayPal will get the message!!!  Withdraw all your funds as they become available!!!    Like we do not have enough to do!  Now I have to really push for feedback OR ..
