I have tried all of this and still am trying this. I have stated they are a fraudulent website clearly stating claims in US (which they are not because my charge cards got hit with foreign fees), showed that they deactivated my account as soon as a dispute was charged, showed them the copy of the email telling me to stop any disputes to reactivate and the one also telling me to use my PayPal balance to avoid any future foreign fees--showed them the proof of my huge balance of Gold Coins with has been deactivated, plus showed them all the bogus emails from Chumba stating "refund being processed" taking coins out of my account for each one but NOT issuing any refund, and all I keep getting is SORRY--NOTHING CAN DO NOT PROTECTED UNDER PAYPALS BUYER PROTECTION. I find this pathetic as I said exactly the same thing to PayPal--this became a case of not received once Chumba deactivated my account with all the money on account and all the bogus emails taking money off my account with each one. I can't get any help from no one at PayPal!!
