Glad you got something back--hopefully more to come for you!  Yes I 100% agree something does not add up with the PayPal/Chumba relationship.   They are supporting them.  I was just reading more and again everything I read--they technically should not be doing anything on behalf of Chumba on our Chargebacks--because they are not protected (OR SHOULDN'T BE ON THE FLIP SIDE) because gambling/virtual is supposedly not protected for either parties.  But just like you--they are provided supporting documentation on behalf of Chumba against me to my charge cards. ... Have you received any of your charges reversed on your behalf?  My foreign fees are $30 per transaction!!     The customer service at Chumba when I asked for my refund and exposed I discovered they were not in the US because of suddenly having foreign fees--he responded-sorry for my bad luck--it will turn around and to start using my PayPal balance to avoid any future fees.  I never once said anything about my luck.  I said I wanted my money refunded because they were misleading people.  Oh well and here we are and to date they have all my money for all the purchased  Gold Coins , any that occurred that were not me, and blah blah blah   ... Yes--I thought CA too.  I had that screenshot as part of my evidence as well....  So I do still have what are called "temporary" credits on my cards--and as I said I know PayPal provided the proof of delivery for the merchandise--I guess what confuses me--I have been reading all over PayPal once they told me we as Buyers had no protection because "gambling".  I didn't think the seller's doing the transactions for gambling had any protection either but in reality--they are continually being protected by all of our disputes despite what we provide as evidence being denied and then they are working as a go between against my direct card disputes.  If I read--I didn't think they did that for gambling websites.  I am confused!!     ... I am not sure because there are charges while my husband and I were on vacation but they say they came from me.  I did make charges for sure but started to dispute because I was getting hit with all these foreign fees and I became aware this was not a US operation because of all these foreign fees.  Then once I started to really pay attention I have things posted while on vacation so I have no clue what are real and what isn't.  I know--SAD!!  My reason for the out of US is because that would immediately mean no regulations in place and they outright fraudulently state IN US.   ... Well cases thru PayPal credit that I had appeals on are closed and denied too.  No coverage protection even though my account is deactivated and no refunds issued for all the "gold coins".  I called customer service and was told I should of researched before--not after.  No protection.  I said so doesn't matter what seller provides--I have no recourse--dispute customer service rep said--basically.  No coverage protection means nothing that can or will do!!  Unreal.  I can only hope that the charges I am currently disputing directly thru my charge cards will have a better outcome.  On my Discover card I reported not as received--it was kicked back to PayPal as a C/B and apparently the seller provided I received  to PayPal which in return provided in support of Chumba so I am going thru the same thing of stating I did originally receive some but everything is now back in possession of the casino because they deactivated my account upon first dispute when I discovered they were fraudulently misleading people into thinking they were a US based operation and showed them a copy of the blackmail email to drop any of my charges to reactivate my account.  Such a irritating situation.  I didn't think Not Protected meant in both ways. ... I started with the PayPal and my bank after seeing the pathetic lack of help, I will be going direct to the charge card for the remaining.  I had a feeling this would happen just by all the comments about PayPal and their lack of help on this merchant!  You would think they would want to eliminate this vendor to simplify their own lives, so it makes one wonder.  I am shocked Chumba is even allow to have PayPals LOGO right on the Casino's website and do nothing to help it patrons.  Unfortunately because the Bank is processed as and ACH--nothing can be done per the manager at the bank.  This is so sad!       ... I have tried all of this and still am trying this.  I have stated they are a fraudulent website clearly stating claims in US (which they are not because my charge cards got hit with foreign fees), showed that they deactivated my account as soon as a dispute was charged, showed them the copy of the email telling me to stop any disputes to reactivate and the one also telling me to use my PayPal balance to avoid any future foreign fees--showed them the proof of my huge  balance of Gold Coins with has been deactivated, plus showed them all the bogus emails from Chumba stating "refund being processed"  taking coins out of my account for each one but NOT issuing any refund, and all I keep getting is SORRY--NOTHING CAN DO NOT PROTECTED UNDER PAYPALS BUYER PROTECTION.  I  find this pathetic as I said exactly the same thing to PayPal--this became a case of not received once Chumba deactivated my account with all the money on account and all the bogus emails taking money off my account with each one.  I can't get any help from no one at PayPal!! ...
