Chumba Casino $5,000 win.

Last night or early today 2 a.m. I won $5,000 Real Cash in Chumba. I did cashout to Paypal, but I got no notifications from PayPal or Chumba in my e-mail. Is that normal or it's Sunday be patient. Is Chumba a total scam, I have deposited REAL funds $10, $10 then $30 and I won.  I did not get REAL excited or tell anyone in case its a scam.  Also I wish I had screenshot the win but did not.  And my REAL CASH funds still says over $5,000 despite I did cash out, does that mean TRY cash out again. Very confused please help ASAP I coudl REALLY USE this big win like yesterday.

Yes--I thought CA too.  I had that screenshot as part of my evidence as well....  So I do still have what are called "temporary" credits on my cards--and as I said I know PayPal provided the proof of delivery for the merchandise--I guess what confuses me--I have been reading all over PayPal once they told me we as Buyers had no protection because "gambling".  I didn't think the seller's doing the transactions for gambling had any protection either but in reality--they are continually being protected by all of our disputes despite what we provide as evidence being denied and then they are working as a go between against my direct card disputes.  If I read--I didn't think they did that for gambling websites.  I am confused!!

Have you received any of your charges reversed on your behalf?  My foreign fees are $30 per transaction!!  

 

The customer service at Chumba when I asked for my refund and exposed I discovered they were not in the US because of suddenly having foreign fees--he responded-sorry for my bad luck--it will turn around and to start using my PayPal balance to avoid any future fees.  I never once said anything about my luck.  I said I wanted my money refunded because they were misleading people.  Oh well and here we are and to date they have all my money for all the purchased  Gold Coins , any that occurred that were not me, and blah blah blah

Two cards gave me 100% back and several of the other credit cards are currently still working on the case.  Chumba or PayPal respond back with off the wall things like, I have two accounts or I played all my gold coins.  I just keep submitting proof that this isn't true...  I was told by Paypal that they are not responding to my credit card companies but my credit card companies told me at first it was Chumba (VGW Holdings) and now the responses are coming from Paypal who are defending Chumba... 

 

I just don't get why they are protecting this company unless they are making millions on them.

Glad you got something back--hopefully more to come for you!  Yes I 100% agree something does not add up with the PayPal/Chumba relationship.   They are supporting them.  I was just reading more and again everything I read--they technically should not be doing anything on behalf of Chumba on our Chargebacks--because they are not protected (OR SHOULDN'T BE ON THE FLIP SIDE) because gambling/virtual is supposedly not protected for either parties.  But just like you--they are provided supporting documentation on behalf of Chumba against me to my charge cards.

So many reasons I see we shouldn't be having to fight on this.  Not a US address...Not an actual tangible item being physically shipped....cash equivalent transactions.... (these transactions with the Australia address are on the closed dispute cases in the classic view--this is on VGW replies I believe)  I can only access half of the stuff in the resolution thing anyway--half the buttons take you to an error (another whole issue)

I am at a complete lose--now PayPal just permanently limited my account because of the amount of disputes I have.  I have been on PayPal years and years and did well over 1000 transactions without a hitch, now because of this one merchant I am the one suffering.  I am sick!!

If your lawyer wants more examples i would be happy to give my info. I put in $315. And "won" $ 1500. Of course the same crap of you cancel the complaints and we will process the money. Oh but even thogh i have sent them what the want 10 times they still cant "verify" my account.

I have many many withdrawls from my paypal account on this casino, The problems are I never opened a casino account and they have admitted they could not find one, then said they found one but can not verifiy my information, they can not verifiy the with drawls , they can not verifiy the money was used or with drawlen and they will not give me back my money, nor will paypal. it was a business account the money was taken from so guess who is going to loss their business over this.Paypal says their hands are tied, I have found three cases similar to mine. If anyone has any information similar to mine please please let me know asap, They said I need to check my emails from chumb to confirm ID's and such, problem is there are no emails. Can anyone PLEASE HELP

Most of the disputes I filed were closed in their favor. I appealed them and then called everyday. Sent email explaining the situation to appeals department and they ended up deciding in my favor. I got all the money back that I had been charged there. I don't know how many times they had double billed me or triple billed me until I caught it. I also have a business paypal account. Do not let them tell you there is nothing they can do. Enough people have complained about it that PayPal has to know they are doing these things.
