Hello, What are you passing within the "purchase_units" object ? Can you submit an API call to create an order which contains a filled valid "purchase_units" object and within the API response you should see a debug id, for the order creation, please share this with me. Approve the order as a buyer, then query the order again and the status should change from "CREATED" to "APPROVED". Once "APPROVED", attempt to capture the order and check the API response message and let me know what it says. Thanks ! ... View more

Hello, Thanks for reporting this issue. There is currently a known issue with IPN delivery in our sandbox environment. The relevant technical teams are currently investigating the issue and we hope to have a solution as soon as possible.
