IPN Notifications and History not working

Hi!

From yesterday (15 feb 2023) I don't get IPN notifications on my listener and in the same time
my account did not show any records in IPN History page.
My SandBox Business Account ID is HQ9RYMYBC3V56.

 

What's going on?
