This is usually caused by account config, the account is not a business account, or PayPal Pro is not enabled on the account. If you're sure the sandbox account has pro, I would recommend to create a new US account and trying it again just in case its an account specific issue

I've checked your account and can see that the notification is related to some IPN traffic from 3 days ago that used TLS1, however everything since has been on TLS1.2 so it looks like you are setup and ready to go.

On that account, the notification is related to IPN traffic, small amount actually and was last seen on TLS1 on June 13th, so it looks like youre good to go. The older data point is what is driving the notifications.

the server is related to the location of your website. I've checked on our side, and can see that the reason you are getting the notification is because you are using IPN's and connecting with TLS1, I would recommend you contact your website developer or hosting company for assistance in getting configured to ensure you're using TLS1.2 for connecting to PayPal

hey both, Ive checked both you guys and you look set, doesn't seem to be any TLS connections less than 1.2, the notifications look to be related to historical data, also keep in mind that you can test the changes on the PayPal sandbox environment, which is already setup to only allow TLS1.2, so if your integration works on sandbox, it will work on live 🙂
