Hi,It's not so much a case of checking your IPN code for the most part.    Your server software would need to be able to support version 1.2 of the TLS protocol. You would need to set the USD currency in the API call to PayPal. If you're using custom software you'll need to modify the code so that the conversion from MUR to USD happens before passing the value to PayPal. If you're using a cart provider I would recommend to raise this with them directly as their could be settings that can be toggled to allow this.  ... View more

That's correct, its the PAYMENT.SALE.COMPLETED webhook. You can checkout the integration steps here: https://developer.paypal.com/docs/integration/direct/webhooks/rest-webhooks/   These need to be enabled on your app via the app dashboard in developer.paypal.com. But the webhook simulator shouldn't need this as you're just testing your webhook handler not a specific client ID.    ... View more

Do you mean the response doesnt contain any billing plans or that you don't get any info at all in the response?   Is it possible that you are using the wrong client ID, as in you're using a client ID for a sandbox account that doesnt have any billing plans?   Can you post the API response you get, including debug ID's? ...
