OK, so I have followed your instructions, I think. I am a novice. Instructions say do the update through my "server". What's that? All I know to do is to go through Chrome or Explorer. I get the OK message. Do I need to do something else?

Hi,
the server is related to the location of your website. I've checked on our side, and can see that the reason you are getting the notification is because you are using IPN's and connecting with TLS1, I would recommend you contact your website developer or hosting company for assistance in getting configured to ensure you're using TLS1.2 for connecting to PayPal
